We hope that you love your Hello Chooki purchase. If for any reason, your purchase is not right for you then you are welcomed to a full price refund or store credit within 14 working days of receiving your product.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

To ensure your return will be accepted, the following must be met:

  • Item’s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All items must be in their original condition and packaging including unwashed or used.
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied along with an order number.

Faulty/Damaged Returns

Hello Chooki take pride in packaging and processing each order. However, in the event you have received a damaged or faulty item please immediately email hello@hellochooki.com.au with images of the fault or damage along with your proof of purchase for further review.

Full Price Items

Hello Chooki will issue you a refund or store credit excluding shipping costs.

Sale Items

Hello Chooki will issue you a refund or store credit excluding shipping costs.

Exchanges

Please email hello@hellochooki.com.au if you would like to exchange any full price items for an alternate product or print. We may ask you to place a new order if those items are out of stock or low in stock as we cannot guarantee they will be available once your return reaches our warehouse.

Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift Cards & Store Credits are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or be replaced with a new one. If you wish to return a full price order purchased with a gift card (within the 14 day period), Hello Chooki will issue another store credit minus shipping fees.

  • Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from the issued date.
  • Store Credits are valid for 1 year from the issued date.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item has been deemed faulty. All refunds and store credits will be issued the full price excluding shipping costs.
We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking, as Hello Chooki take no responsibility for tracking your return item/s or misplaced items during transit.
