Do you offer personalisation?
We offer personalisation for our bucket hat and nap mat products. Personalisation is $10 per product and is embroidered in our pre chosen font. Your child’s name with the first letter of their surname will be embroidered onto the back of the bucket hat or on to the carry handle of the nap mat [i.e. Tommy S].
How long after I place my order will my order be processed?
We endeavour to complete your order within three business days. If you require priority fulfilment of your personalisation order, we offer this service for an extra $5 and we will move your order to the front of the queue.
Express shipping orders will be processed within the next business day.
Do you offer free local pickup?
We offer free local pickup from our warehouse in Gaven, Gold Coast QLD. Select “Free Local Pickup” at checkout and you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification. This will include a tracking number and the courier service. Copy the tracking number onto the “Track My Order” page of the couriers website.
Which courier service do you ship with?
We use various couriers based on the customer location. This will be determined once your order has been placed.
How do I enquire about “Childcare Centre Pricing”?
We offer tiered discounted pricing for all childcare centres and home daycares. Simply fill out the “Contact Us” form on our “Contact Us” page or reach out to hello@hellochooki.com.au and we will — and we'll come back to you with everything you need to get started with your own centre login.
Can our Childcare Centre create our own custom design?
If you are interested in creating a custom design, please reach out to hello@hellochooki.com.au with any details or requests of product, design ideas and quantity and we will be ready to work with you to create your own memorable product.
Please note, custom designs have a minimum order of 200 per product.
Why is my discount code not working?
There could be a few reasons your discount code may not be working:
- Discount codes can only be used on their own. They are not applicable on bundles or store wide sales or events unless specified.
- Discount codes have a minimum purchase amount that will need to be met before it can be applied at checkout.
- Some discount codes can only be used once per email account.
- Your code may have expired.
