If your Hello Chooki fitted cot or bassinet sheets do not fit your mattress you are welcome to return your sheets for a refund. Please ensure the sheets have not been washed or damaged otherwise, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

Yes! Our towels have been specifically designed to last your little one for years. Our towels are designed for newborns to three years however most customers have used their towels for older ages too.

The Hello Chooki bibs are one of our most talked about products. They are double thickness with one side made from thick terry. They have been specifically designed to soak up your little ones drool and keep their clothes clean for as long as possible.

We have consciously designed the Hello Chooki pram liners to fit as many pram brands as possible. We have added extra length and width to our pram liners aswell as adding extra seam lines to help the pram liners bend and fold accordingly to each brand. We have also added additional seatbelt holes to fit multiple brands.

If your pram liner doesn’t fit your pram. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will offer a refund of your purchase. However, we can’t offer refunds of products without packaging and items that have been washed or damaged.
