Where we ship from

Orders are dispatched from one of our two Queensland warehouses —

Gold Coast or Bundaberg — whichever gets your order to you fastest.

We send via the most economical courier available for your address.

 

Shipping Rates

We keep it simple with flat-rate shipping, no matter the size of your order:

Standard shipping — $14.95

Express shipping — $19.95

Free shipping on all orders over $150

 

Free local pickup — Bundaberg

Local to us? Skip the shipping fee entirely.

Free pickup is available from our Bundaberg warehouse.

Select pickup at checkout and we'll let you know the

moment your order is ready to collect.

 

Processing & dispatch times

Standard orders are sent within three (3) business days.

 

Personalised orders are sent once your personalisation is complete.

We endeavour to finish these within three (3) business days during non-peak periods.

 

A little grace, please:

during sale periods and peak shopping times,

dispatch may take a little longer than usual.

We'll always get your order out as quickly as we can

without cutting corners on the details that matter.

Once we process your order, you'll receive a
