We hope that you love your Hello Chooki purchase. If for any reason, your purchase is not right for you please email hello@hellochooki.com.au within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will respond promptly to assist you with any of your enquiries. 

Damaged Items

Hello Chooki take pride in packaging and processing each order. However, in the event you have received a damaged or faulty item please immediately email hello@hellochooki.com.au with images of the fault or damage along with your proof of purchase for further review.

Return to Sender

If your order has been returned to us due to incorrect shipping details provided OR for not been collected from your local post office, you are eligible for either:

1. Redelivery of your order with correct shipping information + you will be invoiced for the additional shipping fee.

2. Refund the original order minus the postage costs incurred by Hello Chooki.
